Cancellation Policy      

We understand that as much as you need a massage sometimes life gets in the way and you must cancel. For the convencience of our clients and therapist please cancel as promptly as possible.

If you cancel 2 or more hours prior to your treatment there will be no penalty.

If you cancel less than 2 hours prior a $5 fee will be added to your next massage.

If you fail to cancel and do not show up a $10 fee will be added.

If you don't show up for two appointments, your next treatment will be double the cost.

We understand that emergencies do occur, this will be considered on a case by case basis.
